Despite the widely held assumption that season 3 would be it’s last, it seems the brilliant comic turned animated series will be coming back for a fourth season.
During a radio interview Granddad voice actor John Witherspoon, who also thought season 3 was the end, said Aaron McGruder has told him that The Boondocks is coming back, and that it will be an even bigger season than the usual 15 for this series, they will be creating 20 episodes in total for season 4.
The Boondocks is a singular voice on television, and I’m glad to hear we won’t be losing that voice for at least one more season.
This fun little one man project recently popped up on youtube, a Doctor Who super fan created this 80′s anime series style animated Doctor Who. The quality can vary greatly from shot to shot, but overall it’s just neat, the cybermen are particularly cool looking.
Any Doctor Who fan should check it out, and appreciate what one individual can create if they put in the effort.
